At the World Conference on Rehabilitation International 2024 in Abu Dhabi, a significant panel discussion was held titled "Public Safety and People of Determination: Fostering A Secure Society For All." The session was attended by over 300 participants from across the globe, bringing together public safety professionals, policymakers, and advocates for people of determination.

The panel featured prominent speakers, including:

  • Dr. Razwana Begum Abdul Rahim, Senior Lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences

  • Dania Mikdad Aladhami, Advocate for People of Determination and Inclusive Education

  • Lt. Sultan Al Dahbashi, Officer at UAE’s Ministry of Interior

  • Eitan Charnoff, Secretariat of the Secure Communities Forum (SCF)

The discussion was moderated by Dr. Omer Ali Saifudeen.
